Green & White Automotive stands behind their work with a local 24 month / 24,000 mile warranty. Repairs and services performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months or 24,000 miles of use, whichever comes first.
12 Month / 12,000 Mile Nationwide Warranty
In conjunction with our parts supplier, Green & White Automotive also provides a 12 Month / 12,000 mile Nationwide Warranty. Repairs and services performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12-months or 12,000 miles of use, whichever comes first.
Where to obtain Warranty Service:
If you are less than 25 miles from our repair facility, you MUST return to Green & White Automotive for re-repair. However, if you are more than 25 miles from the original repair facility, please call 1-800-4PRONTO to find the nearest Service Center. You will be required to pay for the re-repair and submit for reimbursement. Reimbursement will be contingent upon receiving and verification of original receipt, re-repair receipt and odometer readings. Warranty claim reimbursement shall not exceed the cost of the original repair or service.
After Hours:
The Nationwide Parts & Labor Warranty line is answered Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time). After hours, an automated voicemail system will provide you instructions on how to handle your warranty. For all after hours Emergency Warranties - An emergency phone number will be provided to you on the automated voicemail system at 1-800-4PRONTO.
